Effect Object    

This represents a particular effect. Each Effect has a number of Settings that you can alter to customize the exact behavior to your needs. Effects also contains properties for assigning images and rectangular selections. You apply an effect to an image by invoking the Apply method.

Apply Applies the effect to the currently selected image.

Top No The top of the effect selection rectangle.

Height No The height of the effect selection rectangle.
Count No The number of settings for the effect.
